Had outstanding stay overall, extremely convenient place and the weather was sunny. There were average, average rooms with a private bathroom, nice views and ear plugs. Roof top bar and staff was patient. The gourmet restaurant was simple, they served good food.

The staff were BRILLIANT and I enjoyed the stylish decorations in the room. Perfect breakfast, superb food, well priced. Beautiful location, walking distance to everywhere. Salad bar with cold drinks.

We liked our really unforgettable stay. A clean beach, absolutely superb view. The specialities were outstanding and served in the particularly good restaurant.

Facilities were good clean, however Wi-Fi was horrible.

Beautiful historical place, it was spotless. In general staff were all amazingly efficient and incredibly kind. I appreciated Italian cuisine served here. Exceptional location to pier 39.

It was an excellant location and the stuff was FRIENDLY. Good choice of restaurants and bars are just walking distance from this hotel. Not to mention public parking. Incredible base for exploring San Francisco.

A comfortable bed in our room. Only 5 min walking from north beach. One could dine at restaurants such as gelato classico italian 5 minutes away.

located 300 metres from the hotel, ferry plaza seafood was a good choice to eat. we would recommend as we loved washington square inn.
